Describe the parroting technique used in interviewing,including two things that can result from it.

Parroting is simply repeating back what the interviewee has said and can show that you are actually listening to what the person is saying.The first thing that may happen is that the person may correct you if you have misrepresented what they have said,which gives you more insight.The second thing that may happen is that the person may hear what they've said and realize they need to change their answer a bit in order to clarify their meaning,which also gives you more insight.
