While late-model cars often utilize any number of technologies to make the driving experience more enjoyable and safer for drivers, there has yet to be a car that is completely autonomous.

As of my last update in 2023, several companies have developed fully autonomous vehicles that can drive themselves without human intervention under certain conditions, though widespread commercial availability and regulatory approval are still in progress.
