Mexican labor laws provide greater protections and benefits to workers compared to U.S. labor laws. For example, Mexican workers are entitled to six days of paid vacation after one year of service, compared to zero days guaranteed by U.S. federal law. Mexican workers also have stronger collective bargaining rights and protections against unfair dismissal.
