Why is group creativity important?

As time goes on, group creativity will likely become increasingly important. Creative problem solving- especially in teams and other groups, face-to-face or online-is a useful skill all employees will need to develop. Since creative problem solving is one of the hot topics of today's workplace, new ideas for group creativity will continue to be invented. All new techniques will try to inspire creativity in those who have not considered themselves creative before.
