What is spirituality , and how is it different from religion ?

Spirituality

A broad concept involving a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, often involving a search for meaning in life.

Religion

A social-cultural system of designated behaviors and practices, morals, beliefs, worldviews, texts, sanctified places, prophecies, ethics, or organizations, that relates humanity to supernatural, transcendental, and spiritual elements.

  • Analyze the relevance of rituals, traditions, and the understanding of the ineffable in the context of religious activities.
