Rationalism requires that we reject the existence of God.

Rationalism claims that all beliefs should be based on reason and evidence. Some rationalists maintain there is sufficient evidence to warrant belief in the existence of God. Some rationalists maintain there is not enough evidence to warrant belief or disbelief in the existence of God and so remain agnostic on whether or not God exists.
