Make the case that the United States is not running out of oil or energy.

This concern is based largely on the possibility that the world may run out of oil sometime this century. However, there is no likelihood of running out of energy. If anything, running out of oil would not mean running out of energy, just running out of what has been the cheapest source of energy for transportation. Fortunately, several alternative energy sources are quickly becoming less expensive. Today there are multiple oil substitutes like biodiesel, ethanol, and shale oil along with green energy sources like wind and solar.
