Courts have ruled that corporations are "persons" and have a right to due process under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments stating that government cannot deprive any "person" of life, liberty, or property without due process. Courts also consider corporations to be persons with respect to the Fourth Amendment. The Fourth Amendment, therefore, protects corporations from unreasonable searches and seizures.
