Nutrition interventions can be implemented in communities including congregate meal programs for senior citizens or the Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for low-income pregnant mothers and young children; in health care settings including physician's offices, health maintenance organizations, hospitals, public health clinics, nursing homes, and various assisted-living facilities; and in worksites and schools.
