The Individual and Experience Corollaries and Erikson's Life Span developmental phases seem complimentary to each other in that a person develops constructs of who they are throughout the life span and have different experiences in each of the life span phases.Two dissimilarities are (a)that Kelly's constructs are not constrained separately by each of the life span phases and (b)the same experiences that Erikson gives as examples for his phases may be somewhat incongruent with Kelly's Experience Corollary.
